Saved by the Bell 2009 Style

My obsession with Saved by the Bell started in elementary school. I’d always loved it. When I snagged my first issue of Bop with Mark Paul Gosselaar (Zack Morris) on the cover, I launched into a full-fledged SBTB frenzy. Adorned on this former fourth-grader’s walls were pinups of the Bayside cast. I owned all of the dolls, the board game, pillows, the comic book, the book series, the soundtrack, videos–I had it all. Basically, I was obsessed.
I am still a die-hard fan of Saved by the Bell, and often dream of finding a hangout quite like The Max.
Since I spend nearly every morning munching on cereal while watching Saved by the Bell, I have become keenly aware of the outfits.
This is not a recent event, however. I’ve always noticed their clothing. It’s just now that I started thinking about what the kids from Bayside High would be wearing in 2009.
And so, my girls of Bayside fashion trilogy was born. In the next three days, I will post three “episodes,” one for all three girls. Read on to find out what I think Kelly, Jessie, and Lisa would wear today.
